Coleman is Lancashire-born. She attended Arnold School in Blackpool. In her time as headgirl, she scored straight A grades for her A Levels. When discussing her Emmerdale appearance, Coleman admitted that she regretted that she did not go to University. At the time of her schooling, Coleman was part of a theater company named In Yer Space with whom she played at the Edinburgh Festival in the play Crystal Clear. The play also got an enthusiastic reception. Coleman was awarded the award with a prestigious award for her performance. Coleman was given the part in the role of Jasmine Thomas at Emmerdale while trying out for drama classes in 2005. Coleman received two nominations in the year 2007. In 2007, the British Soap Awards nominated her as the best newcomer. In the National Television Awards, she was also nominated as the most popular newcomer. The British Soap Awards 2009 nominated her in both categories: Best Actress - Sexiest Feminine and Best Dramatic Performance category. Coleman was also nominated as Best Actress at the TV Choice Awards. Steven Moffat of Doctor Who announced in a news event on 21st March 2012 that Coleman would replace Karen Gillan after she and Arthur Darvill had left. Moffat chose her due to how well she could work alongside Smith as well as the fact that she could speak faster than him. Eva Larue..............................Eva LaRue is an American actor and model. She's been working on the scene for more than 30 years, and has been involved in a variety of TV and film projects. But, she's more popular for her television projects rather than movies. Eva's appearances in the TV show The Dr. Maria Santos, in All My Children, and Detective Natalia Boa Vista in CSI Miami are notable. This particular show gave Eva two nominations for a 'Daytime Emmy.' She also got to show off her artistic side via music. Eva is an entrepreneur in addition to an actress. Eva is married to three men and has an infant from the third.
